Clinique Almost Lipstick in Black Honey. The most perfect cherry, berry red lipstick around. Not so hard that it’s right in your face, but just enough to give some wow factor.
It is a very versatile shade and product, because it is an ‘almost’ lipstick, its neither a gloss or a lipstick, but actually both. Sounds odd, I know, but it really is so versatile, it can be used in many different ways, and as you know, I love to make all my products multi purpose and use them in different ways.
Layer it on to make a rich deep sultry red lip, or smooth on just one layer for a just-bitten-into-a-luscious-cherry look.
Smooth some onto your fingertip and rub onto your lips, like a balm, for a tint of colour, but without it looking like it’s a made-up lip. Perfect for when you just want to mascara-and-go. In fact, if you take another swoosh of it onto your cheek apples, even better! Literally, mascara and some Black Honey, and you’re good to go.
I love using this over the top of lip liner too. A nude liner and it’s a pale cherry berry, but over the top of a deep dark red, and it’s a whole glossy mouth!
Could I live without it? Not a chance! I’ve used this on more lips that I care to remember!
My only comment? Bring back the Longwear Gloss in Black Honey, we loved it!

I have this and absolutely love it. I bought it after a friend had got one and I was intrigued by how dark it looked in the tube. It’s really lovely and I wear it quite a lot.

Another vote for this amazing creation; don’t be put off by the richness of the colour in the tube, it doesn’t come out that dark! It really is the perfect handbag accessory – I take mine with me wherever I go. It is perfect for me in that it can be barely there for an “at work” look, and then I can layer it up if I’m heading straight out with the girls after a long day in the office. I find it incredibly moisturising, it doesn’t dry out like other lipsticks I have tried.
I think this is a must-have for every woman, of every skin type, in the world!
