Clinique’s Full Potential Lips, with plump and shine do that, but without an intense painful experience to boost. Most of the magic is in the pearl-shaped particles which create an optical illusion of extra fullness, but there is that little product in there (ever heard of a peptide?!) that does help to boost collagen and will reduce lines over time.

Fabulous liptreatment and colour in one! Can’t go wrong.

The best effect and results do come from using this particular gloss over naked lips and over time, however, there’s nothing wrong with popping it on over a liner or lipstick, just to create your own unique look.

There are 10 shades, so plenty for everyone to choose. With a swirl of pearl being visible through each bottle, a little like looking into one of those CGI swirly pools in a movie, the colours range from deep dark berries, through neutrals and reds to soft pinks and roses.

Being a dark plum, cherry colour fan myself, the Voluptuous Violet and Sugarplum tick all my boxes, but I equally love the soft golden pink of the luscious lilac.
