Glitter is that item that is both glorious and terrifying in equal measure.  Glorious, because when it’s applied well, it looks incredible.  Terrifying, because when it goes wrong there’s no escaping it.  But glitter really doesn’t have to be scary.  It doesn’t have to be an overload of shimmer, as though Christmas has just exploded over your face, it can be subtle, it can...

Is it fair to say that all colours are season specific, or are suited only to one hair colour, skin colour or eye colour?  Is it possible that one can use every colour of the rainbow, assuming the right tones have been chosen?
